How many hours should I add to the form?

You should have already been advised from our team the number of hours required for your urgent support request. If you havent got that in an email please send a request to helpdesk@mrkdevelopment.com.

What happens after I complete the form?

You will get a receipt for your payment and our team will get working on your task in our urgent que. We will send an email as soon as that is and advise the action taken.
